Can you explain me how to use wrist when I play forehand topspin. Does Ma Long using his wrist when he play forehand topspin.

Hi,

Ma Long does use his wrist to play a forehand.  Don't try to force the wrist through too much with the forehand.  Just let it relax and this will allow it to come through with the stroke.
