upper arm problem

my upper  Arm is very close to my Trunk and apply (i mean the elbow) for the front during the forehand counter hit and the spin . can you advise me how to fix this problem..thx in advance.

Hi Nesreen,

Try just relaxing your arm so that it falls into its natural position.  If not then focus on the space under your armpit and have the feeling of a bit of arm flowing through there.

Relaxation is often the key with these sorts of things.  Sometimes we force our body into positions that they don't need to be in.
