Unable to utilize shots in game

Hi Alois 

I am beginner in table tennis,started playing a year back. When I do practice of counter hit or topspin I am able to do but I can't convert my counter hit or topspin in game . Every time I try to hit ball it goes out of table.

Please suggest me some tips to improve

Hi Rajat,

In training move onto doing more random drills.  That is hitting the strokes when you don't know where the ball is coming.  This is what happens in a game and is often the step in training that is missed.

Even when you are doing just forehands tell your training partner to hit the ball to your backhand every now and then so that you are always ready to move and react to that ball as well.
