Training
Hi Alois
I am beginner in table tennis, started playing a year back. When I do practice of counter hit or topspin I am able to do but I can't convert my counter hit or topspin in game . Every time I try to hit ball it goes out of table.
Please suggest me some tips to improve

Hi Rajat,
In training move onto doing more random drills. That is hitting the strokes when you don't know where the ball is coming. This is what happens in a game and is often the step in training that is missed.
Even when you are doing just forehands tell your training partner to hit the ball to your backhand every now and then so that you are always ready to move and react to that ball as well.
Due to the speed at which the modern game of Table Tennis is played, the backhand has become a stroke which can separate the medium level players from the elite players. Make sure you pay attention to your backhand and develop it so that you opponent cannot get a soft ball by simply playing to your backhand.
