Hi Shubhkarman,

The bat that we recommend is the PingSkills Rook.  It has a good quality rubber on it that is suitable for beginners and will last you quite a while into your development.

The important thing is to get a bat with some inverted pimple rubber on it.  It should also have a little bit of grip on the surface and some sponge under the rubber.
