Hi Alois and Pingskills
I want improve my reception, there is a form to read better the topspin and backspin when my opponent make a sidespin forehand serve?
Besides i want improve my capacity of reaction, what i must to do???Do you have some excersises to improve that??

Hi Cristh,
Watch the contact of the bat on the ball very carefully. Then watch the flight of the ball as well.
