i am abeginner in tt. even after watching your  videos i have some problem in the way i hold the tt bat.

i feel my hand is very stiff and i have a lot of trouble switching from the backhand to forehand and vice versa.  please tell me what to do to improve.

Hi Vikhyat,

Try something simple.  Just try relaxing your hand when you grip the bat.  Relax your fingers and try to maintain this during the rally.
