Greetings!

I am a cadet level player, I would like to ask questions regarding necessary exercises for my good performance in T.T. at my future competition.

Hi Neyrum,

It is good that you are paying attention to the physical side as well as the technical side.

There are many components of fitness that are required for Table Tennis at the highest level.  There is strength, power, endurance, flexibility... It is best if you are wanting to work on these areas to go to a personalised session and get someone to look at you.  Then they can work through a general program initially and build a more Table Tebbus specific program after that.

#33 - Defending with the Block

One thing you can be sure of is that every top player will be able to keep the ball on the table with a solid block when under pressure. It seems that this is a pre-requisite to becoming a good player. That's why in this training session we focus on improving your block. If you can absorb your opponent's attack you will be in a good position to win a match against them.
