Training with a robot

Training

Hi, Guys,

Where I live, there is no one to train with.  I practice with a robot, which helps, but none of the training drills you provide are of any value to me, because they involve a partner with whom to work.

It would be great if you could do some videos about useful drills that can be done with a robot.

I imagine that there are other players in my situation that would benefit from videos like that.

Thanks

Hi Marv,

We have been thinking and working on this concept.  Hopefully when the Trainerbot is released there will be some great material that you will be able to use and simulate the drills we recommend.

We find that a lot of the drills you can adjust with a bit of imagination to work with a robot.

Your Opponent's Weak Spot

When playing a game, you need to think about where you place the ball. Every player is different and you should have an understanding about where their weak spots are. You should think about this for when you are attacking, blocking, serving and receiving. The weak spot may vary between these different parts of their game.
