Do you have any videos showing some good Stretches before a match or practices ?
Hi,
We show these quite extensively in our Training Secrets Course in our Physical Warm Up lesson.
The main thing is to get your heart rate up and your muscles moving.
In this training session you'll continue working on your consistency before focusing on developing a legal serve. Then we'll look at learning a fast serve and then improve your accuracy. We'll finish off the session with a fun game for which you'll need to know the basic table tennis rules.
