Do you have any videos showing some good Stretches before a match or practices ?

We show these quite extensively in our Training Secrets Course in our Physical Warm Up lesson.
The main thing is to get your heart rate up and your muscles moving.
In lesson 5 we work on the forehand and backhand push strokes. These are defensive strokes that utilise backspin to make it hard for your opponent to attack.
