Hi there coach. So I've been training all month and I'm beginning to hear advice about training smart rather than just training hard. How would I be able to train "smarter" each day? What are some important key points I should remember o follow to improve my mental game?

Unless you are a defender you won't be practicing chopping regularly. However the chop is a great way to stay in the point if you are out of position and is also a difficult variation for your opponent to deal with.
