Can you please tell what and how should a defender practice?

Hi Rutvik,

There are similar drills for defenders that you can do.  If you look at the Training Drills download and then adapt that for defence.  For example instead of doing the FH FH footwork with a counterhit you can do it with a chop.

We also have a lesson on Defensive Footwork which will help you.

We continue to work on your serve and in this session we concentrate on your placement.
