Hi Sherif,

Being able to play well in matches comes with being exposed to more tournaments and matches against a wide variety of player.

Do you feel like you get nervous during matches?  If it is nerves, then think about taking a deep breath whenever you start to get the feelings of tension.  Then focus on the tactic that you are going to use on the next point.

There are a lot of good rubbers out there.  Jeff and I use XIOM Vega Pro.  This is an advanced rubber.  Depending on the amount of time you have been playing you may want to start with Mark V.

🏓 Tip 1: Learn why playing more shots down the line helps your partner stay in position and how a well-timed cross-court attack can still surprise your opponents.
🏓 Tip 2: Discover the power of serving short and close to the centre line to reduce your opponents’ attacking options and give your team the advantage.

These small adjustments can make a big difference in your coordination, positioning, and success as a doubles pair.
