Hi PingSkills,
I am thinking about buying a table tennis robot to train with because I don't really have somebody to frequently train with. I wanted to know what opinion you, guys, have about this and if you could suggest a robot.

We don't recommend a specific robot. Others may have suggestions from using them.

#38 - Backhand 3rd Ball Attack
The backhand topspin off backspin is often considered a harder shot than the forehand. In this week's training session we focus on utilising this shot to make a 3rd ball attack. If you can master this your opponents will find it difficult to stop you attacking and you will constantly have them under pressure.
