Hi

I am about to play in a school tournament and am wondering if there is any psyhcological tips you can give me?

Hi Sam,

I think you should go in there and think about playing your best Table Tennis.  The results will take care of themselves if you are playing your best.  Work hard for every point you play and you will go home happy.
