Hi guys, I'm just wondering if you could give me some tips on preparing for an upcoming tournament that will take place for several hours, some of the things I am thinking about is nutrition before and during, as well as cardio preperation, and on table drills for the week coming up to the tournament.
p.s friday funny's was very disappointing last week, it was certainly not up to its usual high standards and I am hoping Jeff will be better prepared for the next one! ;)

As far as on table drills in the lead up, focus a lot on serve and return of serve as well as 3rd ball attacks. Also focus on your strengths for the lead up and strengthen the things that are going to win you points.
