Hi A T,

I would go for the PingSkills Rook at this stage.  It will allow you to develop your strokes over the next year or so.

Currently my level is like beginner who is playing with 10$ bat just for fun, but trying different thing from your videos. i understand that some strokes will not make sense with cheap quality rubber.

I am thinking on price perspective Rook is 79 $  and after year or so i will go for touch which is 140$ so will spend twice money and will need to adjust my self with new bats.

pl. give explanation why you says rook.

The Touch may be too fast to start with.  If the bat is too fast for you then you start to compromise your strokes.

you start to compromise your strokes.

can you explain this statement for beginner like me (I got general sense of this statement :) which means Touch is not good for beginner )

When the bat is faster you will make your strokes shorter to make sure the ball is going on the table.  So you don’t learn the full stroke and learn a shorter compromised stroke.

The Bat (Rook beginner) is good.
