hello, i have a big problem, whenever i try topspinning a ball it almost always goes over the table, how can i fix this do i make some adjustments to my stroke, its a vertical stroke thx

Hi Sally,

All you need to do is turn the face of your racket a little downwards.  This will also help you to get a bit more spin which will make the ball dip quicker.
