Hi, i was watching a match the other day and i noticed a wierd topspin by Wang Liqin. He does the topspin stroke, from very close to the table at a really low angle, and attacks the short low balls in this process, Could you tell me how to and when to do this stroke, including racket angle, arm movement and variation with different heights and spins,Thank you. (i would really appreciate a video response, so if you could that would be great, and i wont ask any more questions for a month! sounds fair?)

For the over the table topspin, start with your racket higher and already higher than table height. You then need to have an extremely fast action because your stroke is so horizontal. It is a very difficult stroke made easy by the pros.
You also need to get your legs really close to the table so that you can swing over the table.
