topspin on heavy push

Hi coach,

i want to know that how can i do topspin on heavy push or on chops. I Tried so many times but its going in the net,please suggest.

Hi Dinesh,

You need some more speed with your bat and perhaps try to open the angle of the bat up a little as well.  By open I mean face it a little more to the ceiling.

Aim to hit the ball higher as well.  For a few shots, think about hitting it as high as you like as long as it doesn't go into the net.  Even try to hit the ball off the end of the table. 

You also need to make sure you are doing the movement of the stroke correctly.  Work on the start and finish positions.
