Topspin long heavy backspin ball

How should i make position to topspin a long ball with lot of backspin on it and also if ball is coming very fast towards the body?

Hi Vinay,

If the ball is slow enough you can turn your feet more side on to give yourself a better swing at the ball and generate more speed with your racket.  You need to have a more vertical swing ti lift the heavy backspin on the ball.

If the ball is coming faster, you are going to have to use your waist to turn and then generate speed with your racket.  The ball that comes into your body can be awkward, but if you are in a low stance you can just sway a little out of the way to make room for yourself to swing properly.
