Hey Alois, Jeff

This is the most important question for me and I am having a lot of trouble with it.

When i hit a topspin especially in counter rallies.

I do not maintain my body in the right position and i do have the flow.  Now i do not know where my bat should be facing in other words end position.

My balance is not right and the ball always hits the net!

I also have problem while my backhand topspin.

There is a tournament coming up this coming 26th jan and I am not in position.

All these changes because i havent been playing T.T for some months.  Help me in this position!

And try to reply me as soon as possible.

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Hi Eshaan,

To make the topspin in the rally you still need to finish with your bat above your eyes and put good topspin on the ball with your contact.  A lot of players hit this one in the net because they swing down too low and finish with their bat below their eye level.

Good luck with the tournament.
