My daughter is do topspin well during practice but during match she is not able to do topspin how can I make her practicing?

Hi Bharti,

In the practice situation you may find that she is tightening a little in her shoulder.  This will restrict the movement in the stroke.  If in training she is relaxed this tension may not occur.  The other thing to think about is how predictable the placement is of the ball coming to her in training.  Practice more random drills incorporating topspin to get this closer to what she will face in a match situation.
