Topsheet from sponge

Hi coach,

I plan to buy equipments but im on a budget.

How can i remove the topsheet from the sponge?

Hi Sharlynne,

I don't know how to remove the topsheet from the sponge. I wouldn't recommend this either. You are better off getting a normal rubber. If you are on a budget there are probably a lot of good rubbers that are quite affordable. If anyone has some suggestions for Sharlynne please leave a comment.
