Hi Alois and Jeff,

Simple question, how much table tennis would you say is too much? I want to try and play more, but am only a local league player. I know sometimes a rest can be as useful as a practice, but do you think there is such thing as playing too much?

Thanks

Hi Simon,

There is such a thing as playing too much.  If you are enjoying your training and are able to stay focused then you should keep going.  If you are not enjoying it and finding your mind wandering during sessions then it is probably time to rest.  This is really individual for everyone but take that as a guideline.
