To wear or not to wear glasses

I have mild progressive lens glasses.  With the speed of the ball coming at me, can I track it better with or without these glasses.  Thank you,   Bill

I am not an expert on this but I think Table Tennis is difficult because of the change in distance between 2 or 3 metres to very close up.

I have tried playing with my reading glasses and with my multi-focal glasses and both don't feel very comfortable or useful.

I think just try with and without and see what works better for you.
