hi alois sir,

  i have some problem in making long rallies in backhand,after hitting 40 to45 balls i put ball on net or outside away please tell me how to make great rallies like u....

 and i have another question im using mark5, when i push/chop the ball it lifts up high and i cant controll the ball please help me as my national championship is coming closer i think your help can really put my confidence level very high.....

Hi Shubham,

Firstly rallies of 40 to 45 are pretty good.

The only difference between hitting one ball and 100 balls is keeping your stroke the same and holding your concentration.  This comes with repetitive practice.  Keep at it.  Set yourself a target of how many balls you can do in a row and keep trying to beat it.

With regards to the lifting, keep your hand a little looser.  Also try to just brush the ball a little lighter.  This will give you good lift and spin and keep the ball n the table.
