1. Can you just tell me what serve is most effective timo boll's pendulum serve (not the reverse pendulum) or a ordinary high toss serve.

2. Is using the high toss serve a major reason why players like ma long, xu xin and jan ove waldner have become best in the world.

The effectiveness of a serve depends on the situation. Any serve can be effective if used at the right time.

So Timos’ serve is effective for him.

The High Toss serve is useful for some players games because it allows you the ability to generate a lot of spin with little action because the ball is falling at a higher speed.
