Throwing the ball when doing High Toss Serve

Hi PingSkills, I want to ask how high I must throw the ball for the High Toss ?
Is that why I can't generate much spin is because I throw it not high enough is it right ? because the place where I practice is low and it's impossible for me to throw it very high.

Hi Frendy,
Just practice throwing the ball up as high as you are able to and then practice getting as much spin as you can. You can generate a lot of spin no matter how high the throw is.

I see... then, how fast I must swing my bat when doing High Toss ? because I found that if I swing it fast, it'll long or go out
