Throwing the ball up for service

in the service, when I throw the ball up, I can raise all that I want my hand? or I can not elevate my hand more than my head?

Hi Alex,

You can put your hand up as high as you want but the ball still has to raise 16cm from where it leaves your hand upwards.

Touching the Table

Are you allowed to touch the table during play? The only thing that isn't allowed to touch the table is your free hand. You leg, elbow, playing hand, and even your bat are allowed to. You are not allowed to move the table however.
