How do i make sure that i throw the ball effectively?

Hi Pormegaran,

This is something that you can practice.  Start without your bat and just practice throwing the ball up.  Put a piece of paper on the floor in front of you and see if you can land the ball on that piece of paper.  Then you can start to do some serving and see if you can get the throw correct.
