what's the best serve that would enable me to do the forehand flick of the third ball.do you think  the no spin serve is a good option?

Hi Aahel,

Yes a no spin serve is a good way to get a higher ball to attack.  You have to have a good backspin serve as well so that your opponent can't pick whether it is a no spin or backspin serve.

Have the same motion as your backspin serve but instead you hit it a bit flater.

Yes that is right.  Hit more of the back of the ball rather than brushing the underneath of the ball.
