hello, I'm having problems with the loop. When I try the forehand and backhand loop, I tend to either hit the ball into the net or when I do get it over it misses the table. any suggestions?

Hi Cory,

It sounds like you are not getting a brushing contact on the ball.  Work on making sure the contact is thin so that you are getting the ball to spin.  This will help to lift the ball over the net.  It will also help to get the ball to dip quickly so that it lands on the other side.
