Hi alois & jeff, thanks for all your video. i've learn many things from you guys. I want to ask, what ball you guys use for the training?

Hi Ricky,

I have been using Yasaka Training Balls a lot. Anything that is reasonably firm is OK for training. Of course if you can afford 3 star balls then that is the ultimate but that can be expensive if you are using a lot of balls.
