When I hit the ball, why my finger always hit on the ball not on the pad, Do I hit the ball too early or too late, Please ? Thanks

Hi Thong,
It may be either. Think about watching the ball a bit better. That is the main reason that we hit our fingers.

Crossover Footwork
When you need to reach that really wide ball the regular shuffle step just won't get you there in time so you need to use the crossover step. This is essentially a running action to get you to the ball as fast as possible.
