Hi Fahad,
A great idea is to watch as many good players as you can. Your brain will remember the way these players execute the strokes and then you should start to get a feel for if you are playing the strokes in the correct manner.
You can also tell by the results of your stroke. With the smash you should be able to hit the ball hard and still get the ball on the table most of the time. If you are not using the correct technique your shot will not be very reliable. Remember the key to a good smash is all in the preparation. You need to get into the correct position early and make it easy for you to execute the stroke.
Not every one has a video camera but if you do this is another great way to see if you are playing your strokes with good technique. Film yourself playing and the compare your strokes against a top players strokes.
How long have been playing? Do you feel like you are making good progress with your strokes?
