hi coach,

could you give me some tips on how to tame a new chinese rubber? because when its still new,the rubber is so tacky that when the ball touches it, the ball literally stays there for 3 seconds because its so sticky. do you know how to tame this kind of rubber so that I can play with it right away? thanks

Hi Cp,

YOu could try wiping it over with some water.  It doesn't take long to wear in though.  Just a bit of dust from the ball will start to get rid of that tackiness.
