Sir, I use mark v on f/h and sriver L o b/h. I am a beginner/intermediate player. I am a half attacker(not every ball lands on the table).

My opponent uses donic sones JP (not sure which model) on f/h and grass dtechs on b/h.He attcks to f/h fast, b/h chopper and plays equally to me. But, i fear him because he might succeed me.

So, what should be my tactics against him? Please reply as soon as possible.

Thanks.

Hi Earl,

We often refer to these types of players as Modern Choppers.

You can push to his backhand side and then attack the next ball.  This is a good simple tactics to use against these types of players.

We have a lesson on this in our Match Strategy lessons.  Take a look at what is available on the Playing A Modern Chopper lesson.
