I play since about a month in school and a club mostly but there is a player that chops very much and gives high balls. Can you please give me a tactic against him ?

Hi Darian,

When playing against a defensive player you want to try and keep them close to the table and then attack quickly.  We have just finished filming a lesson on this subject as part of our Premium Member, Match Strategy Course.

We also have an old Blog on the subject Playing against Defenders.

Hi Eshaan,

Tilt your bat right back to be able to get the ball up higher.  If you turn your bat forward the ball will go into the net.
