I was quite confused with terms used in the world today. Let's take the word as you say bat in your videos. In america, most people say Paddle. Aussies tend to use Bat. Other people use Racket. Although they mean the same, people will get confused.

I'm confused with the word Drive. In Asia, Drive is a Loop or as you Aussies say Topspin. But most people will get confused because Drive ni most counteries is a counterhit. It would be nice if you guys can give a list of Asian Terms translated in English.

Hi Carlo,

Yes we live in a world of differences.

I think the official term for it is Racket.

There are no official terms for strokes.  I don't think we should get too caught up with the terms.  That is one of the benefits of seeing the videos of the strokes.

Maybe people can comment here on the different terms.
