Service.have u got to show a clear hand with ball visible. Or has this changed.

In table tennis, the service rules have been designed to ensure fairness and transparency. According to the current rules set by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), you must show a clear hand with the ball visible before you serve. This means you need to start with the ball resting freely on the open palm of your stationary free hand.

Hitting the Ceiling
When the ball hits the ceiling the point is over. You must hit the ball directly back onto the table otherwise you lose the point. In International tournaments the roof needs to be at least 5 metres above the playing surface but in local competitions you might often encounter much lower ceilings.
