How can I practice table tennis with myself without tools such as returnboards and others (using only balls, tables and bat), to get better at the game? Can you help me?

Hi Ilyas,

We have some help on this topic.  Take a look at this tutorial on Practicing Alone and Shadow Drills.  I hope they help you with your training.
