i am having a problem that during receiving or in a rally i am finding it a bit difficult to switch between backhand to forehand with traditional penhold backhand mainly i am not able to close the racket angle and most of the balls fly in the air. How can i solve this problem.

Hi Nikhil,

You can start to use your finger a little to get the racket over the top of the ball.  It doesn't take much of a grip change but it will help you to get the angle right.

In training practice a lot of switching drills between backhand and forehand.  Take a look at our Free Downloads page for the Training Drills download.  Choose some drills from there that you can use in training.
