Hello, I've been told I play with an incredible amount of spin. Its as if when i serve or even hit, i HAVE TO ADD SPIN. how can i do both a fast long serve and short slow serve with LITTLE or no spin? i do both top spin and back spin

To get less spin, contact the ball flatter. Use less wrist and make the bat contact the ball flat rather than brushing the ball.
It is funny, most players are trying to do the opposite and learn how to get more spin.
