Suggest suitable racket for beginners

Dear Alois,

I am playing table tennis since last three months. I like to play forehand & backhand chops and shots. therefore, please advice the best racket for me.

I also have problems in returning the services of my opponents so please provide me some tips on returning the services. My organization announce the championship after three weeks i want to win this championship so, please told me that how i improve my game.

Hi Mashhood,

At this stage you could still use a pre-made bat or get yourself a slower custom made bat.  The bats that we recommend are the Stiga Carbotech Table Tennis Bat or if you are looking at a custom made bat try the William Henzell Table Tennis Bat with Mark V.

Returning serves is a difficult part of Table Tennis.  There are a few things to keep in mind.  One is to alter the angle of your bat to steer the ball back.  Also think about keeping your hand relaxed.
