I have bad habit of striking the leg very hard with floor during serve.please let me know how to get rid of this habbit..

You have to put focus on this during practice. Try to place your feet in a balanced position before you serve and keep them there during the service motion.

But, a most of players do that to hide the sound of the contat between their raquets and the ball when serving... o.O
