I have played such a player in our high District level.
Also,you can search female Chinese player Zhou Xin Tong. She is playing penhold with long pimples on her forehand side.

One guy in my club uses long pips on the forehand ,he  uses the inverted on the backhand. His backhand is really powerful so I'm gonna avoid hitting to his backhand in games.
