How to stop a really fast serve?

Hi Steven,

Watch the ball from the moment your opponent has it in their hand.  Then track it all the way from there.  This will help you to see the direction of the ball earlier.  then don't try to do too much with the return.  Play a short simple stroke to return the ball.
