hello coach I have a big problem, my right foot is not behind the left foot but a little forward what can I do to have the good stance? thanks

Hi Martinand,

In training you need to focus on this.  Put a little marker on the floor of where you want your left and right foot to be.  Then during training, constantly check these positions to see where your feet are in relation to the markers.
