I always see people doing spin chops.  I eagerly want to learn the forehand spin.  please tell and reply back fast Bcoz I have a tournament next week

Hi Yash,

Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Push.  This will show you the correct technique to learn the stroke.  To get more spin with the shot you then need to brush the ball faster and finer.

It may take a while to get it right.  At the tournament stick with the strokes that you know well.  YOu can train to improve the push for the next tournament perhaps.
