Hi Alois,

My coach always say using your hips help you play in tt which i think is really right. But when i come to looping, he stresses to me that the speed of the hips is really important. To me it feels like pulling a rubber band very hard and then realease at top speed but i just cant get my hips to turn fast enough.

Any TIPS on how to do it

PS I mean not the speed in one shot to another. i mean just for that one shot

Thanks Alois

Hi Mat,

One other way that could be useful is to focus on your free hand.  Think about pulling this around as quickly as possible during the stroke.  This will turn your body quickly with it.
